Juggalo Portraiture Revisited - Group Shots

Last year I started a project in which I photographed Juggalos in the studio on large-format film. I focused on the colorful and original characters that each has created which is on display through the facepaint and style that each Juggalo wears. It was a lot of fun to do, I met new friends, and we captured some amazing portraits. I hope to continue the project someday and use the large-format camera to shoot more Juggalo portraiture. You can view a short video I created about the project here. I wanted to revisit this project on here on my blog by sharing some of the digital test shots of each of the Juggalos in the series this week. These are the last behind-the-scenes digital photographs from the shoot and they feature the Juggalos who were able to show up for the first day of shooting. After all of the portraits were captured on film, we pulled down a simple white background and took some group shots for fun and I even jumped in on the last three images.
